Permanent staffing is a direct, full-time hire — the candidate joins your company's payroll and works for you on an ongoing basis. Contract staffing is a fixed-term engagement — the candidate works on your projects for a defined period (typically 3 to 24 months) with the option to convert to permanent afterward. Both models use the same quality of pre-screened candidates; the difference is only in the engagement structure and commitment level.
How quickly can you provide contract IT candidates? +
